Lion Heart

LION HEART

When you feel the world upon your shoulders, and you feel you’re falling apart,

dig deep down within, and grab your lion’s heart.

When you’ve given it all you’ve got, and it’s still not enough,

dig deep down within, and grab you’re lion’s ruff.

When you’ve run out of resources, and life appears empty,

dig deep down within and your lion will give you plenty.

When there’s nothing at all inspiring, and you’ve hit a brick wall,

dig deep down within, ‘cause your lion won’t fall.

When life has treated you unfairly, and you cannot forgive,

dig deep down within, and make your lion friend live.

If at first you don’t succeed, don’t fear, the lion will come,

then grab on tight to his mane, and you’ll find it can be done.

For the lion is not scary, he’s your friend, not your foe.

And, if you have any doubts, just let your lion show.

For deep within our hearts, we have a lion’s strength,

so do yourself a favour, just grab your lion’s heart!
