We are what we think and feel. Energy and information builds consciousness. Our beliefs, intentions and actions create our reality. We build our world as we go… We Increase our self-awareness by looking within, and connecting with our heart/emotions and our light!
Light = information/love
Darkness= lack of information/fear
By embracing our heart and the light within, we increase our vibration and consciousness, and take our power back. Then, we become the master of ourselves!
Take time out everyday to meditate and connect to your heart. Don’t just accept things at face value, check to evaluate the validity of your beliefs and what you expose yourself to. If they don’t make much sense or no longer serve you, change them! You are in control of your own thoughts and reality!
If we all have amazing thoughts, feelings and actions then we will have an amazing world! Let’s aim for love and peace, and create the best reality we can together, for we are all ONE! Let’s choose LOVE! 🙂 ❤
